Event Description : Ekal Vidhyalayas a part of Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad Invites you to Musical Monoact ‘Soordas’ by Sri Shekhar Sen, which covers 105 years of Soordas life span, touching very interesting tales of Mahaprabhu Vallabhacharya’s influence on Soordas.

Ekal Vidhyalayas are ‘One teacher one school’ low cost model best suited for rural and tribal areas. The children of 6-14 years age group assemble daily for 3 hours under a tree, chaupal in a courtyard or any other common place. The local educated youth, preferably a lady is appointed as a teacher by the Gram Samiti (A group of villagers nominated for the smooth functioning of Ekal Vidayalaya and  general well being and all round development of the village
