Event Description : Theatre Sheatre - Ki Workshops! 
The workshops will use a combination of theatre games, improvisation exercises, creative movement activities and participatory group interactions to help enhance mind-body awareness, increase movement language, delve into self and character motivation, promote active listening and empathy skills, and develop basic theatre know-how. The workshops are fun-filled and movement oriented - so wear easy comfortable clothing like track-pants and sports clothes!
