Event Description : 'Tenderly Drowsy' an exhibition of scultpures by Seema Singh Dua. 
Part of the proceeds of the sale of the hand painted evening bags go for a school for the under privileged. 

Artist's Comment : 
Everyone can appreciate art but the question that comes to my mind is “Can everyone find art
beautiful??”

Throughout history, artists have played an important part in documenting social norms, belief and general life.

Efforts are made to imitate, supplement and alter works of nature. The perception and presentation may vary but the end product is to behold and admire.

My work for me is………………….

The nuance that are presented in a work of art, normally goes waste if the observer fails to notice it.
As an artist, I draw the viewer to observe and appreciate the humane effort that is put in to imitate, supplement and alter work of nature. The perception and presentation may vary , but the end product is to behold.
Everyone can appreciate art, but the question is “ Can everyone find art beautiful?”

I invite viewers to enjoy my work , that speaks in a quiet way…to endear, to heal, to comfort, to protect and to inspire. Allow yourself to decide its meaning. May the simplicity of the work communicate peace and serenity to you and those you love.
