Event Description : An interactive session that explores the rationality of personal beliefs and its impact on happiness and success. The interaction invites participants to adopt an attitude of scientific curiosity as they introspect, question, and even challenge some of the personal beliefs they subscribe to and hold dear. The objective is to look upon (and inside) their Self with the intention of examining and understanding what makes them 'tick' - as professionals for sure, but more importantly, as human beings too. The braver and bolder ones may even dare, if they so choose, to enter the more shadowy aspects that lie within, and are an important part of each one of us. Those less inclined may prefer to play safe and merely observe. At the end of the session, everyone is free to accept, reject, celebrate, criticize, or even deny their experiences. What will remain undeniable is the experience and any personal insights that are uniquely their own.
