Event Description : NGO Deepalaya presents 'Symphonies of Joy' a presentation by the Deepalaya Choir.  
Deepalaya has been in operation since 1979 and has been enabling the socio economically marginalized to head towards a secure dignified and self reliant future.
Education has been one of the methods to facilitate the above.Education at Deepalaya has always gone beyond regular classroom teachings; children are encouraged to participate in various extra curricular activities- music, dance, art etc.The Deepalaya Choir is an outcome of this emphasis. The group was launched in 2008 and since then has been participating and winning accolades in various public appearances. 
On 9th February, the Deepalaya Choir is presenting the “Symphonies of Joy” at the St. Mary’s School.  The magical numbers sung by the 200 students from four schools of Deepalaya will unfold before you and transport you to a world where peace, harmony and tolerance prevail.
