With an impressive music career spanning a decade, this 20-year-old classical
and Jazz pianist has successfully created the pure sounds of Indian Ragas on the Piano and won international acclaim for his performances at top venues and festivals. He has been involved in several collaborative projects with national & international musicians including Geoff Smith on the Fluid Piano, Scottish fiddler Adam Sutherland, Irish flautist Sam Comerford, percussionists Talvin Singh & Samir Chaterjee.

GOTYE LIVE IN CONCERT

The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Gotye plays at blueFROG, New Delhi.
International music sensation Gotye heads to India for his first concert in the country. The Australian singer-songwriter just picked up 1 Brit Awards and 3 Grammy nominations, capping off what has been a spectacular year for the musician. Gotye will perform at blueFROG, New Delhi bringing his hits like Somebody I Used To Know and Eyes Wide Open to his Indian fans for the first time. This concert in Delhi is the finale to Oz Fest, the biggest Australian cultural festival ever held in India, and is being promoted in association with NH7.in.

BATTLE OF THE BANDS by Make a Difference
Battle of the Bands, an initiative of Make A Difference, is a fund-raising
event designed to reach out to youngsters and raise money for ‘Make A Difference’ for
supporting the education of poor children in orphanages and street shelters.
Over 20 local bands from colleges all over Delhi would participate in thebattle for cash prizes and a possible studio recording time. The event will be interspersed by performances by Well known bands like Caesars of the Green and Manthan.
The event will be divided into two parts, Rock and Sufi spread over the respective two days, so as to target the entire spectrum of audience.
Make a Difference: A platform that empowers youth to become change leaders who make
positive social impact and create self-sustaining communities.
HEADLINING ACTS:
8th Feb: CAESARS OF THE GREEN is an indie rock band formed in the fall of 2011 in New Delhi.
9th Feb: MANTHAN:The Indus Rock Band is the fusion of best of both of the world and offers a perfect amalgamation of Sufi and Rock.
