Event Description : Petőfi Book Club presents Hungarian Folk Customs of Christmas and New Years. 
A significant number of Hungarian folk customs are associated with the twelve calendar months. Specific rituals are connected with the changing seasons of the year, with summer and winter Solstice and also with state and church festival. In this festive season let’s learn and discuss about Hungarian folk customs associated with Christmas and New Year like the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, St. Stephen's Day, St. Nicholas Day, St. Lucy's Day and many more.
