Event Details : Ecuatorian Cooking course by Nuria Rodríguez.

Synopsis: Uruguayan cuisine is based on a fusion of italian and spanish gastronomy,
which makes it similar to the cuisine from Argentina. It also fussions with the typical
food of other European countries and creole cuisine, and, in a different level, with the
indigenous cuisine. It is basically a mixture of the cultures and meals that the emigrant
from European countries brought along with them adapted the resources and weather
of Uruguay.

Teacher: Nuria Rodríguez: prestigious Spanish chef with over ten years of experience in renowned hotels and restaurants as Clece Restoration, Ramiro Restaurants and Serunión. She is currently working as chef at the Olive Beach restaurant of the Diplomat Hotel in New Delhi.
