Event Details : Ecuatorian Cooking course by Nuria Rodríguez.
Synopsis : Ecuatorian cuisine is rich and varied thanks to the different traditions of the regions of the country which include coast, Andes, Amazonas and central. Ecuatorian cuisine is highly influenced by the Incas and the Spanish, and also for the immigration of the last years including the Chinese community. This situation has provided a rich variety of meals, ingredients and cooking techniques.
Teacher: Nuria Rodríguez: prestigious Spanish chef with over ten years of experience in renowned hotels and restaurants as Clece Restoration, Ramiro Restaurants and Serunión. She is currently working as chef at the Olive Beach restaurant of the Diplomat Hotel in New Delhi.
