Event Details : An evening dedicated to Dogs, Man's Best Friend…in an effort to find loving homes for abandoned pets & other Indian street dogs.
Commemorating 4th Oct - WORLD ANIMAL DAY 

CONCEPT
Select CITYWALK has been supporting People For Animals and other Dog
Shelters for almost three years now. The event is in collaboration with Delhi Police Dog Squad & PFA. The Endeavour is to find homes for the abandoned dogs who were once upon a time, PETS. Abandoned by their
families, they have found their way to the animal shelters, but are
now looking for homes!
Elements        
1.       Delhi Police Dog Show: A display of Obedience, Sniffing & Tracking by our Canine Sentinels, Between 3:30- 5:00pm
The performance will showcase extraordinary talents and immaculate training of our canine sentinels, who safeguard us from the enemy in many ways. The Squad will consist of about 50 dogs who will come to Select CITYWALK, especially for this spectacular DRILL. 
2. Performance “CARNIVAL OF ANIMALS” by Nikolina Nikoleski showcasing the importance of Animals to Mankind through Dance, 6pm onwards
Through a dance performance by , this choreography will showcase the
beauty of the animal kingdom.
From the smooth moves of a wild cat, the gallop of zebra & horse, to the flight of butterflies, the dancers will create the aura of the
jungle right here in the middle of Select CITYWALK.
This choreography celebrates the spirit & affection of the animals toward humans.
3.      Adoption Drive, 7pm onwards
·         Introduction with a 9 minute film dedicated to Man’s Best Friend .
·         Catwalk by abandoned Dogs accompanied by their volunteers. 
Categories include:
¾      Pedigrees
¾      Mixed Breeds/Indian Breeds
¾      Special Dogs (Paraplegic/Blind/Deaf/Handicapped)
¾      Success Stories (Walk by dogs adopted, to be showcased by their
proud owners)
