Event Details : Soulful Sunday - The Kaya Quintet feat. German saxophonist Rainer Pusch [Bangalore]
Kaya will present an evening of classic jazz and blues standards, including those of composers like Cole Porter, Horace Silver, Don Redman, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Coleman Hawkins, Thelonious Monk, Kurt Weil and Etta James. The set will range from traditional swing jazz and Latin bossa nova to contemporary jazz and blues. Most of the songs have been interpreted and rearranged by the band themselves.
