About Tarik : Tarik is an audio visual project based in India.
Their visual material is gathered from local spaces in town (tea stalls, local bars, brothels, traditional markets, etc) that complement the musical content. 
Tarik's sound is best described by their artist/ friend K Max - "Tarik is best imagined as a lounge samba orchestra on their way to the Rio Sheraton that took a wrong flight and ended up in an opium den instead."
Tarik gigs immerse you in a complete subversive punk atmosphere synchronous to our blessed urban decay. Foul mouthed and witty, they re-confirm our otherwise meaningless existence.
