Event Details : Cooking Course : Peruvian Cuisine by Nuria Rdriguez.
Peruvian cuisine is one of the most diverse cuisines in the world. The great variety of food is due in great part to the countries unique geographic location, and the melting pot of cultures that has made up much of its history. Classical Peruvian cooking methods use a large variety of chilies to add more color and a different spectrum of spiciness to the food. Rice is a very popular side dish served with many meals. Other main ingredients include papa, tomato, fish and corn.     

Teacher: Nuria Rodríguez: prestigious Spanish chef with over ten years of experience in renowned hotels and restaurants as Clece Restoration, Ramiro Restaurants and Serunión. She is currently working as chef at the Olive Beach restaurant of the Diplomat Hotel in New Delhi.
