THE SKA VENGERS
The Ska Vengers is a new Delhi based band who blend ‘ska’ rhythms with elements of dub, punk, jazz and rap to come up with a form of music that is refreshingly different, energetic and highly danceable.
Keys man, Stefan Kaye rounded up a few of his musician friends to form the band in the fall of 2009. The band was put together since there was a lack of energetic, harder edged dance based live music in India.
All members are highly experienced performers in their own right. Nikhil, Stefan and Tony play in experimental 'unjazz' outfit 'The Jass B'stards and psych-disco band Emperor Minge (with Samara C). Various members have either won or been nominated for Jack Daniels Rock Awards in keyboards, bass, drums and vocals categories. Samara is also an actor and is well known as a TV presenter on NDTV. Delhi Sultanate has garnered much praise for his highly skilled, socially conscious rap with drum ‘n’ bass team BASSFoundation and through his WORD, SOUND, POWER project with Chris McGuiness. Raghav is also known as selecta with DJ collective ‘Reggae Rajahs'
The group is widely considered to be one of the more vital and relevant live musical outfits in India today.

GANDU CIRCUS
The movie ‘Gandu’ was made by Bengali director Q in 2010. The music of the film was produced by Neel Adhikari’s band ‘Five Little Indians’. The film has garnered much praise at several European and American festivals. Since there was a growing demand to hear the music from the film a fresh outfit was formed featuring Q (vocals) and Neel (guitars). Jiver Singh joined Gandu Circus in February 2012 to create additional electronic grooves played live using a variety of software and hardware.
All Gandu Circus tracks have accompanying visuals produced by Q that are projected at performances.

BASSFOUNDATION ROOTS (DELHI SULTANATE)
Delhi Sultanate, has long pioneered the sounds of Dancehall / Hip Hop and performance poetry in India. Apart from his solo career, he is also a founding member and MC of BASSFoundation, New Delhi’s first dubstep and drum and bass sound system, and lead singer of The Ska Vengers. In 2010 he started ‘Word, Sound and Power’ along with producer Chris McGuinness. The organization is dedicated to producing documentary films and musical collaborations featuring revolutionary singers from different parts of the Indian subcontinent. Word Sound and Power create bilingual tracks that embody the revolutionary and uplifting spirit of Dancehall Reggae and reflect life in India. The venture received extensive coverage by AFP, BBC Asian Network and MTV. The films can be viewed on wordsoundpower.org, where all the music is available for free download.
Delhi Sultanate’s recent solo releases NYC-2-India with Subatomic Soundsystem and Criss & Shine respectively went to no 1 on Beatport Reggae Charts and Juno Hip Hop singles charts.

REGGAE RAJAHS
Reggae Rajahs are India’s first reggae sound system. The trio composed of Diggy Dang, Mr. Herbalist and DJ MoCity (Iraq’s first soundboy) are reggae entertainers and promoters based out of New Delhi. They operate in a traditional Jamaican sound system style with one DJ and two MC’s.
Coming together for their love of reggae music in New Delhi in early 2009, the Rajahs have been introducing the Indian masses to an eclectic mix of roots reggae, dub, lovers rock, ska and dancehall. They frequently perform in New Delhi and have also played in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Goa and Manali. International performances in the last two years include Peru, Panama and New York City. They were recently nominated for the Best International Group award at the British Reggae Industry Awards (2012) alongside illustrious Jamaican artists such as Toots & the Maytals, Mighty Diamonds and Third World. Reggae Rajahs have performed with a number of established international artists such as Apache Indian (UK), Mr.Williamz (UK), Brother Culture (UK), Soom T (UK), Mungo’s HI Fi (UK), Deadly Dragon Sound System (USA), IllBilly Hitec & Longfingah (Germany), Steppa Style (Russia), Blessed Love Sound System (Germany), Graeme Hamilton (ex-UB40), Supa Bassie & Sargento Garcia (Spain), Subatomic Sound (USA) and Heartical Sound (France).
