Event Details : 'Grandmasters of Comedy' Stand Up Comedy Night by : 

1. VIPUL GOYAL is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Bombay. He worked as a Retail Analyst
in Adventity Inc. for 6 months, but soon realized that his heart was in H.R. (HUMOR
Resources). So he politely confessed to his boss one day, "Sir it might sound funny, but I
can make people laugh!" He mixed laughs and Entrepreneurship and soon founded the
most unique HR firm “Humorously Yours” which has been pioneers in stand up comedy
and Entertainment .Within a short span of time he has entertained the audience at all the
major public platforms ranging from college festivals in India (IIMs,IITs, NITs) to their alumni
meets, from the prestigious Comedy Store Mumbai to city concerts during Hyderabad
Comedy Fest . and the recently concluded The Times of India Wassup Andheri Festival.
Given his originality and clean witty content he is the most sought after stand up comic
for the major corporate houses. He also has done International shows at Tanzania and
Singapore. As he humorously puts it , he has the distinction of being the only stand up comic
in India who performs in 4 different languages , English , Hindi , Java and C++ .
2. Monty Singh, an anchor with channel Mh1, he has hosted around 2000 shows till date as
an emcee, is still making his bones at comedy, he believes love is forever just partners keep
changing.
3. Yadvinder Singh Brar, is a no do-gooder turned stand-up comedian.
His entry into the hallowed class of urban stand-up acts was a mere accident waiting to
happen. As the story goes -
Yaddie was drowning his sorrows at some drinking hole when he was offered an opportunity
to take up the stage. Standing on the stage he unleashed himself onto unsuspecting
urbanites with all his angst. People started laughing and Yaddie found his vocation.
Yaddie comes from the border district of Sriganganagar, Rajasthan where his family is into
agriculture. The rustic farmer is still alive in him and that yearning to return to his roots
someday. It also explains why he always has a parched throat. The narrative of his anecdotes
has always been driven by his acute sense of observation of people and sub-cultures and his
own inability to understand them.
