They came, they saw, they rocked. These young lads from the Capital are definitely a great inclusion in the fast growing alt rock family in the country. Hip, fun and energetic, The Circus' sets are full of spunk and needless to say, the bandmates are all for 'groovy' kind of love - for rock riffs, bass lines and everything in between.
Funky. Groovy. Eclectic. Vicious. Happy. Mellow. Furious. Quirky. Angsty. Bouncy. Think of a musical recipe which has a healthy dollop of all these ingredients and you’re thinking The Circus.
The Circus as a band came together in 2007, when Arsh Sharma and Anshul Lall formed the first lineup of the band. Once Abhinav Chaudhary came in on bass and Abhishek Bhatia came in on vocals the line up was complete. Since then the band has constantly been touring and performing all over the country, and have released their debut full-length album, From Space.
