About ‘Plok’:
"Plok" - The sound of a bubble burst. Because they are open to exploring new genres and new sounds. It's the sound we hear when we break out of pop-phobia. It's the philosophy that makes us disregard generalization. It's the name of a video game which has no relevance.
Band Members:
The band members are Neeraj Aggarwala (Vocals), Anirudh Subramaniam (Guitars), Tushar Rawal (Guitars), Jayant Manchanda (Bass) and Nirvan Pareva (Drums). The band claims to seek its influences from Alterbridge, A Perfect Circle, Incubus, Dream Theater, Blackfield, Live, Metallica, Mika, Godsmack, Opeth, Smashing Pumpkins, Porcupine Tree, U2, Oasis, SOD, Mr. Big, Queen, The Beatles and DMB.

About Barefaced Liar :
Formed in 2002, Barefaced Liar is an amalgamation of the distinct and eclectic musical taste of its members, Akshay Chowdhry (Vocals, Guitars), Sumant Balakrishnan (Guitars, Vocals) Dushyant Purohit (Bass) and Varun Choudhary (drums). The band is heavily influenced by all time classic sounds of bands and artists such as Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, SRV, Hendrix and Metallica while leaning towards amore modern sound in the style of Tool, Stone Temple Pilots, etc.
Based out of a country and culture that is still embracing the concept of rock ‘n roll and live music , BFL has worked passionately on honing their craft in terms of combining technical skill and quality songwriting.. Over the past few years, the band has done dozens of studio sessions that have yielded positive results- besides gaining vital experience , one of their tracks- ‘Carnation’, has been featured on several compilations in India as well as an upcoming artists compilation in Los Angeles. Two of their tracks 'Glow' and 'Mirage', have received International acclaim as 'Semi Finalists' from the UK Songwriters Contest for 2009 and 2010.
