About China Xinjiang Mukam Arts Ensemble  : Established in 1989, Mukam Art Troupe of Xinjiang in affiliated to Culture Department of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. It is the sole specialized artistic performance group inheriting, collecting, liquidating, researching and performing Uyghur Mukam arts on the stage in our country. It possesses 152 employees and establishes singing team, music team, dancing team, creation and research office, stage artistic team, performance operations department and administrative office and so on. And it possesses a group of famous singers, players, dancers, and personnel of composition and theoretical research. Since its establishment, this troupe has coordinated and performed large amount of Uyghur Mukam, folk song-and-dance programs, and works of folk orchestral music and published Uyghur Mukam and some artistic works in the form of cassette tapes, CD, VCD and DVD, in particular, Qebiyat Mukam and Large Subject Evening Party Spring of Mukam are popular forever after being presented on the stage, the they have been become the reserved plays.

The troupe has travelled across north and south of the Tangshan Mountains and Inland provinces and cities (prefectures) to give performance for many times. Moreover, the troupe has also been to Britain, Pakistan, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, France, Iran, Sudan, Mauritania, Morocco, Tunis, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), Qatar, Bahrain, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and others countries and Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao to give performance for cultural exchange, warmly welcomed wherever it goes.
