Event Details : "13 Cities Heritage of Everyone" photography exhibition by José Manuel Navia
Synopsis: This exhibition highlights the unique and exceptional value of 13 cities through a photo tour from the hand of Navia, one of the most important photographers of our landscape. In his images, Navia has managed to combine the historical and contemporary mythical Spanish cities, and provide to the documentary, an artistic sensitivity. Cities and towns lived and dream that are opened to the visitor in order to discover its secrets and reveal its greatness. Alcalá de Henares, Ávila, Cáceres, Córdoba, Cuenca, Ibiza, Merida, Salamanca, San Cristobal de la Laguna, Santiago de Compostela, Segovia, Toledo and Tarragona.
Biography: Jose Manuel Navia (Madrid, 1957). Qualified with a Degree in philosophy, is a photographer who evolves from his work as a reporter to a more personal and delayed picture, haunted by the ability of photography to suggest stories, and their relationship to literature. Collaborator in the leading mass media is a member of the Vu agency (Paris) since 1996. He has published in various collections.
