Event Details : Alliance Française de Delhi is very excited to introduce you to the universe of sonic interactions, and truly melodic compositions of the quartet OZMA.
A subtle balance between personal compositions and improvisation makes up the various
landscapes of OZMA’s unique musical universe. With a wide range of emotions, each musical
element succeeds the other with witty eloquence and humor, as well as passionate imagination and generosity.
However, at no point does OZMA’s sense of fun and poetry overshadow their virtuosity. In addition to concerts the quartet may propose educational activities to music schools and festivals in order to share their vision of art. The musicians of the band are used to have meetings and workshops about their music, as they already did in many music schools of France, Poland, Sweden, Belarus and Lithuania.
Members of OZMA describe their own music as “explosive jazz”. Artists usually tend towards
evocative hyperbole, but in this case there is nothing to argue, OZMA’s music really does remind
people of musical fireworks!
