Event Details : On the occasion of 40th anniversary year of the Historic War of Liberation War of Bangladesh, Bangladesh High Commission, New Delhi, and Directorate of Film Festivals, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, are jointly organizing a Film Festival 'Bangladesh War of Liberation in Celluloid'. Six feature films (with English subtitle) from Bangladesh will be screened in the Festival. The Festival was organized at Nandan - I in Kolkata and Nazrul Kalakshetra in Agartala in December 2011 and February 2012 respectively.
