Event Details : On the occasion of National Science Day on Feb 28th which commemorates the discovery of Raman Effect by C.V. Raman, SPACE, in collaboration with ASI (Archaeological Survey of India) is organizing a “Heritage Walk” at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi. Experts will demonstrate and discuss the working of the instruments at the 300 years old astronomical observatory. This provides a unique opportunity to know about the motions of the sun, moon and planets without the help of any high tech gadgets.
