Event Details : Shahjahanabad Redevelopment Corporation (SRDC) takes the pleasure to invite you in the forth coming Heritage Walk in the Complex of Qutub Minar, Mehrauli.
Qutub Minar; Exhibit titled: Rise of Political Islam in India: The narrative will decode the manner in which the first political citadel by Islamic rulers was constructed on the site of Jain and Hindu Temples. The walk will cover all the major parts of the site namely the Quwwat ul-Islam Mosque, the Alai Gate, the Alai Minar, the Iron pillar, and the tombs of Iltutmish, Alauddin Khilji and Imam Zamin.

The walk will be designed and executed by Dr. Navina Jafa, Heritage Consultant, SRDC

The presentation will be done in Hindi and English
