Notes : 
1. If you approach Red Fort from ITO, Dilli Gate of the Red fort is at the very start of the building of the Red Fort. Please do not mix this Dilli Gate with Delhi Gate at the start of Darya Ganj. There is parking near the gate. This is the gate which is not normally open to common public and therefore has no ticket counter. It is usually got a barricade and is opened for VIPs.
2. Ideally take a rickshaw from metro station for Dilli Gate of the Red fort or by walking it will take about 12 minutes

The Grand Mughals Their Grand City of Shajahanabad
On arriving in India in the 16th cc the Great Mughals made India their home and gave the subcontinent some of the most remarkable structures of Architecture which reflected the grandness of what they came to be.
The walk will be presented by Dr. Navina Jafa, Heritage Consultant, Shahjahanabad Redevelopment Corporation as a metaphor of grandness and luxurious living. The narrative will also bring in the discourse the changing identity of the iconic monument The Red fort.
