Event Details : Campfire Graphic Novels is doing a colourist workshop.
Pradeep Sherawat from Campfire will take us through the process of Coloring the Comic Page. Using examples from Campfire’s latest graphic novel – The Treasured Thief – this workshop will look at how the art of colouring enhances and complements the pencilling/inking on a comic page. Subjects such as flat colouring, detailing and special effects will be discussed.
There will also be an opportunity to ask Pradeep questions relating to colouring, chat to other members of the Campfire team, and see some of their work.

A Bit About Pradeep : A resident of Najafgarh, in the state of Haryana, Pradeep initially faced much opposition to the pursuit of his greatest passion - art. However, after a successful stint inking and pencilling for one of the most popular comics publishers in India – Raj Comics - his talent blossomed and led to him taking on the role of a colourist. He cites Edison George and Alex Rose as his biggest influences. His work is featured in a number of titles from Campfire, including The Master of the World, The Swiss Family Robinson, The Call of the Wild and The Treasured Thief.
