About the Author : Sonali Masih-D’silva is a leadership consultant and writer. She began her training career at the age of twenty-one, and over the last fifteen years, has trained more than ten thousand participants on various topics of self-development. Sonali has conducted programs across the US, UK, Europe, and India, gathering rich insights into human behaviour and organisational success. Fresh out of an MBA in Human Resources, she did a brief stint with IIM, Indore, as an academic associate. This led her to launch her formal consulting career back in 2001. Since then, she has also worked with Wipro Ltd. as an in-house behavioural trainer for six years. When not training, she enjoys indulging in reading and dabbling in art.
Sonali is currently a co-founder and leadership consultant at Leadership Success Solutions (LSS).
