Half Step down was formed in 2005 and the band started gigging in 2006, essentially as rock ‘n’ roll band, though it would be more accurate to acknowledge their sound as a versatile mish-mash incorporating elements of the blues, alt-rock, funk, and reggae. The bands landmark performances were at Eastwind festival 08 and Great India Rock festival 08.
