Event Details : 'Gems of Hungarian Poetry in Hindi' Translated by Girdhar Rathi and Indu Mazaldan.

On the occasion of the Day of Hungarian Poetry, noted Indian poet and translators, Girdhar Rathi and Indu Mazaldan will read their favourite Hungarian poems by Bálint Balassi, Csokonai, Mihály Vörösmarty, Sándor Petőfi, János Vajda, Endre Ady, Mihály Babits, Gyula Juhász, Árpád Tóth, Attila József, Lőrinc Szabó, Miklós Radnóti, János Pilinszky, Sándor Weöres, Ferenc Juhász, Krisztina Tóth and János Háy in their own translations including and will speak about the inspiration they received from Hungarian literature. The evening will be introduced and hosted by Dr. Margit Köves.
