Event Description : The event theme is Universal Peace and Brotherhood. It is being organised by Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, Delhi (Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association, Delhi), a youth association of the Wordwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. Dignitaries from all walks of life and several prominent leaders of different faiths are participating in the symposium. It would be a platform to bring people together from various walks of life to come to a common rallying point of establishing peace in the society. Terrorism, Religious Fundamentalism, eroding of moral values are threatening the peace and harmony in society. This symposium aims to remove commonly held misconceptions and re-establish peace.

About the Organisers : Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya(MKA) or the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association is the youth wing of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is Muslims who believe in the Messiah, Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) of Qadian, India who founded this community in 1889. Since its inception the community has spread across 198 countries. MKA was established by Hadhrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad (ra), the second Khalifa or Successor to the Promised Messiah, on February 4th, 1938.
MKA is a unique, dynamic and vibrant organisation. It serves the needs of all the members of society irrespective of colour, race, religion or creed and promotes interfaith dialogue and co-operation in order to promote peace and harmony. The members preach and practice the community's motto, 'Love For All, Hatred For None'.
One of its principal objective is the moral and spiritual education of youth through religious and secular activities. It is dedicated to ensure its members develop and excel in qualities such as piety, honesty and fair dealing so that they can contribute to the community and the country in which they live.
MKA is actively involved in humanitarian services and promoting peace, tolerance and harmony in society. Activities include holding peace conferences promoting mutual respect, working on social projects to tackle problems facing youth. Under Humanity First it provides services like disaster relief, blood donation, eyes and organ donation drives, free medical camps, providing clothing to slum and street dwellers, providing books to the poor, etc., apart from the various other educational and employment programs.
Over the years MKA has become respected and recognized association worldwide especially in Europe, USA and Africa for our selfless humanitarian and community services.
