Event Details : The thing is, you never know what couples are like when they are alone; you never do. There is no way of knowing. It is all very mysterious.
In aid of AARTH-ASTHA, Ruchika presents a supper theatre event, Keep Tightly Closed in a Cool Dark Place, a dramatic comedy devised and directed by Feisal Alkazi.
The play explores that battered institution called marriage; what happens when a couple gets estranged; the impact that kids both born or yet to be born have on a relationship&& poignant, insightful, filled with humour, this play will leave you with much food for thought.The cast includes Radhika Alkazi, Nandini Sra, Smita Mazumdar, Sanjiv Desai, Keshav Bhatia and Jaipreet Singh.
Aaliya and Aamir run a successful upmarket restaurant in Delhi. Every month they invite their close friends; the young couple Manoj and Sharmistha, and the vivacious Cat and her live-in younger partner Robbie for dinner. At one of these dinners Sharmistha breaks down.
The play is followed by cocktails and dinner.
