Event Details : Paper Mosaic_"Forms of Nature" solo art show by Asha Gulati.
No doubt water colours and oil colours are are the mostly used forms of visual art and I always like to work with them . Finally after many experiments with different materials, I find it more interesting working with different kinds of paper and I find this medium more and more interesting the more I work on it.
I started using papers and giving life to my ideas with PAPER COLLAGES. I find the verstality of using papers is still unexposed. Although there are some limitations of using this as a main medium of expressing or visualising my ideas, but I took it as a challenge to work with it and giving my ideas the final shape. I started mastering to control papers according to my conception.
About the Subjects : I like to work to work on different subjects which gives me inner satisfaction . You will find most of my works in one or the other way are related with the Nature. They are in the form of beautiful Landscapes which gives freshness to life, some in the form of Purity of Nature which helps us to achieve our ultimate goal of life that is beyond the material world. My work depicts the deep connection of human life with nature. I have always tried that there should be a beautiful thought behind each of my work, so that whenever someone looks at, find it lively and gives them freshness and peace of mind.
