Event Details : Bacardi & Stiff Kittens Inc. presents 'Ska! Ska! Ska!'.
Making their much anticipated full live set debut are New Delhi's 'THE SKA VENGERS'. They are a live eight piece band who blend ska ryythms with elements of dub, punk, jazz, dancehall and drum 'n' bass to come up with a style of music that is modern, electrifying and highly danceable.
Each member is a highly experienced performer in his/her own right. Stefan, Nikhil and Tony form the basis of jazz beat combo 'Jass B'stards, and with Samara comprise 2/3rds of avant-garde disco band Emperor Minge. They also form the house band on India's first regular cabaret 'Stiff Kittens' Medicine Show'. All four have either won or received nominations for Rolling Stone/Jack Daniels Indian Rock Awards in the years 2008, 2009, 2010. Delhi Sultanate has garnered much praise for his highly skilled, socially conscious rhythmic patois with drum 'n' bass team BASSFoundation. Raghav is well known as DJ selecta with touring DJ collective 'Reggae Rajahs'.
