About  artist's  work: Magnificent colours, unusual rhythmic textures, a whiff of mysticism and a sense of serenity define Trishla’s canvases. Joy and laughter are to her an intrinsic part of art and she loves to create works that are like a caffeine shot, a painting that may make you spurt and giggle!
Naturally leaning towards the Impasto technique of painting, where paint is laid on the canvas in thick layers, Trishla revels in the use of loads of colour on huge pictorial spaces and allows the brush strokes to define natural forms, rather than drawing them out. The artist has an aversion to being typecast and feels her art reflects who she is on that particular day when she creates it.
