Event Details : 16th MTNL Perfect Health Mela.

Background : MTNL perfect Health Mela was initiated by Heart Care Foundation of India, for the first time in 1993 and the world's first Perfect Health Mela was organized at Talkatora Cricket grounds. Indian Government earmarked the event by launching Rs. 6.50 postal commemorative stamp. After sometime, it was adopted officially by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Division under the Swasthya Mela scheme and they organized melas all over the country.
