 Event Description : Delhi Tourism, as part of its initiative to promote Cultural Tourism in Delhi and to offer visitors a glimpse into Delhi’s heritage, will be organizing “Delhi International Kite Festival” 4th in series.

 The Highlights of this year’s Festival are:
1.    Kite Flying by National & International Kite Flyers.
2.    Kite Trails (Over 100 kites on one string)
3.    Night Kite Flying.
4.    Theme Pavilion
5.    Food Stalls
6.    Kite Making Demonstration
7.    Magic Show
8.    Comedy Show
9.    Band Performance
10. Dance Troupe Performance
11. Cultural Programs every evening at 05:00 PM

 Famous International Kite Flyers from Germany, Korea, USA, China, Thailand, Ukraine, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Netherlands & Malaysia will participate and demonstrate their skills in this year’s Delhi International Kite Festival where one can easily spot various forms of Kites like Hexagon Stars, Sled Kites, Delta kites, Barongi kites and many more. This year’s Delhi International Kite Festival will have expert Kite Flyers from across India from places like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Jaipur, Chennai, Kerala, Punjab & Delhi.

The three day extravaganza will create riot of colours in the air which will attract lots of enthusiasm. Delhiites who have been indulging in this sport for many years will have a visual delight to watch for.

    Map location added is not correct. We followed the route only to finally know that this is not the correct location.
    It's at DDA park, sector 10. One can just walk from dwarka sector 11 following the metro line towards sector 10 and can find it on their right hand side.

    I went there on 16th to find out that the Map Location has not been corrected. The correct location is mentioned by Priya Prakash. Is it so difficult to point to correct location?

      I don't want to offend you and now it is meaningless as the Kite Festival has ended but now you nearly got the correct location but not the exact location which is Latitude 28.582957° Longitude 77.052895°. Maybe this could help you for future reference.
