Event Description : 
DLF Promenade in association with CRY presents “Click Rights” a three day photography exhibition highlighting the impact of child labor law and the changes recommended in the law and its implementation. The exhibition will showcase photographs of eminent photographers like Raghu Rai, Sudhakar Olwe, Prashant Panjiar, Dinesh Khanna, Amit Pasricha along with thought provoking images taken by children and volunteers of CRY.
Today, children constitute over a third of the country’s 1.21 billion population and approximately 10 million children in India are victims of child labor according to the Ministry of Labor. Through Click Rights, CRY urges children, youth and master photographers to join the campaign to map the impact and changes that are needed in making child labour law a potent weapon to fight this evil.
Click Rights, the C.R.Y. project is supported by DLF Promenade. On the collaboration, Dinaz Madhukar, Senior Vice President and Mall Head DLF Promenade and DLF Emporio says, “Click Rights is a project that seeks to address the issue of child labor through photographs. The artists involved really do bring the issue to the foreground. Child Labor is a widely condemned human Rights abuse. I hope this initiative, which so many creative minds have put together, will bring about the change we wish in our society.”  
Showing support to the cause, some of the artists whose works will be on display are Padmashree award winner Raghu Rai, one of the most recognized name in the world of photography, his work has been published in New York Times, Life, GEO etc. He has also served multiple times on the jury of the World Press Photo and UNESCO’s international photo contest.
Mumbai based documentary photographer Sudhakar Olwe has internationally published works to his credit. He was one of the awardees for National Geographic’s prestigious All Roads Photography Program and heads the Photography Promotion Trust to spread knowledge about photography amongst young adults
Based in Delhi, Prashant Panjiar is the co founder of Nazar Foudation and the Delhi Photo Festival. His work with guiding young photographers, involve working with National Foundation of India’s fellowship program. He has served on the jury for the World Press Photo Awards, India Express Photo Awards and the China International Press Photo Competition.
Specializing in panoramic digital photography, Amit Pasricha has worked with top National Geographic photographers. His book The Monumental India Book has been lauded as one of the top 10 coffee table books in the world and is given as a gift to visiting dignitaries by the Prime Minister of India. He contributes actively to ad campaigns as well
Though Dinesh Khanna took some time before he realized that photography was his calling, today his work is recognized across the country. He has been part of numerous exhibitions both in an individual and as part of a group. His three books Bazaar, Living Faith and Benaras – Everyday in Eternity have received acclaim in all circles.
