Event Description : An enchanting evening on the terrace of Gurgaon centre of Alliance Française, welcoming a classical music recital by the prodigy sitarist Mohasin Khan, accompanied on tabla by Aman Pathray.

About the Artist : Mohasin Khan, born in driven heritage city of Dharwad, is the 7th Generation sitarist in  his family. At the age of 5, the prodigy sitarist has been initiated into the magical realm of the sitar by his father Ustad Hameed Khan. Young Mohasin has blossomed into a mature sitarist, with a commanding and melodious touch. The rich heritage finds full expression in his music. Purity, inquisitiveness and wonder mark his personality. This trait flows in his music.
Winner of the first prizes of National Youth Festival, Mohasin has performed in major cities in India and in South korea, France and Russia.
