Event Submission Guidelines for Free Listing : Just send an email (one week before or earlier if possible) with the details mentioned below. Do send SMS (preferred) or Give a call to confirm your submission as email might not reach or it might not get noticed because of various technical reasons.

• Title : Title of the Event with Starting and Ending Dates.

• Timings : Starting and Ending Time ( Including the Day of the week when the event is closed in case of a long duration event ) 

• Entry : Mention if t's free or Requires Registration or Ticket Booking ( And send complete details including address / phone numbers / emails / Websites for registration and ticket booking )

• Venue address : Complete address with contact numbers, website etc.

• Multimedia : Send Pictures of the Artworks / Artists / Poster / Invitation etc. ( do send atleast 4 images in case of art show or performances if possible  ) In case of a large number of files (images etc. which are more than 10 MB), it's requested that you upload the files to drive.google.com (or any other online storage service of your choice) and share the folder instead of sending files as attachments in the email. 

• Event Description : Background of the event / organization and Complete Schedule if applies. In case of Play, send information about Cast, Duration, Synopsis, Language etc. (Details must be typed in the email or word document or pdf file or your website instead of image file in the form of jpg / pdf / word document)

• Contact Details : For getting in touch with you or your organization 

Notes :

• It's preferred that you use your official email id or/and provide your contact details which helps us in identifying your correct identity to avoid incorrect information.
• Please don't use ' CAPITAL LETTERS '. In other words, use acceptable English. 
• Same guidelines apply for submission of workshops like dance, theatre etc.

Publishing : 

Event will be published one week before mostly. And mostly events which are open for general public are preferred.
