Deprived of basic constitutional rights and struggling to make ends meet, Jokhu, Gogai and Basanti embark on a quest to obtain ration cards from the local authorities, only to be met with constant rejection. Driven to desperation, they resort to committing a crime that sets them on a perilous path.
