It's based on the critically acclaimed novel KO aham By Ashok Jamnani.
The story starts in a small town on the banks of the river Narmada with a student named Bhavitavya. He lives in a rented house of Jyoti, the mother of his girlfriend Aditi. He is much into philosophy while Aditi is a simple girl who enjoys little things in life. Bhavitavya's life takes a different direction when his philosophy professor, Vibhu Laxmi Narayan dies. The questions like "Who am I?" or "Ko Aham?" become more important than anything else in his life.
