Samsung Z Flip 3 is an upgraded version of last year's flip phone with many features picked from a regular non-foldable phone which makes the foldable phone more appealing although there are still a few hiccups like a high price, no telephoto lens, short battery life, crease at the centre is still noticeable like last year's model. 

Z fold 3 is also launched alongside which turns into a tablet but Z flip 3 makes more sense for many to make their phone pocketable.
