TikTok rival YouTube Shorts launched in India

14 September 2020 - YouTube Shorts is a new short-form video creator feature inside YouTube to create 15-second videos with music using mobile phones. It can be a good substitute of TikTok in India and offers a huge database of licensed music compared to TikTok.

They will add more features and countries in the coming months to make it a more compelling solution for short-form videos. 

Earlier facebook tried to compete with TikTok by launching 'Reels' feature inside Instagram and now YouTube is also entering this market. 

Many other companies have entered this short-form market after TikTok ban in India.
