About the play
Darwesh invites you for a performative storytelling evening of lesser known stories of the vanquished Asura king, Ravana. The telling looks into the life of the vanquished and extremely intellectual Ravana with an empathetic lens. The storytellers will take you through a sensorial experience of unearthing this enigmatic yet often misunderstood character in Ramayana. Each story will unfold through music, drama, oral telling and live vocals.
