Event Description : EXHIBITION "A Force: Within You Without You" A Solo show by artist Mahendra Kadia.

Mahendra Kadia since his very young age was fond of art and it was his only passion. The artist from Gujarat has done some of the arresting and memorable sketches and these spellbound works will be unveiled through the art show “A Force: Within You Without You”.

He have shown sensitivity and vigour in his drawings and independent sketches through which he have emerged as one of the notable young artist of our country. Kadia’s orchestration of color against texture almost forces the viewers to follow the dragging of the pen; to mark the track it leaves when swept in a grand calligraphic stroke, the sites where it has been ground into the paper or where it has become the margin of a take.

Each work represents a fusion of oils, pastels, and conta, (a graphic day composit) media which are welded into a sequence of fantastic shapers. Drawn across the paper with bamboo pen, the thick oil paint is modulated into struts, which coagulate at nodal points.

Through the art show “A Force: Within You Without You” the artist showcase his noble technique of work.  The series of abstract is an absolutely novel experience for the viewers in terms of one’s perception. He seems to have achieved a degree of magical control over colors and forms- comforting consequences of his lifelong devotion to art.
