Event Description : The Times of India presents Happy Streets

The Times of India presents Happy Streets. This initiative was launched on 20th March, 2016 in Noida to bring about a positive change in the society. Happy Streets aims to promote healthy and stress-free living, provides citizens with the opportunity to reclaim their streets, connect with their community, celebrate their city and therefore reclaim their lives.

The Key Objectives of the events are:
1. Promote healthy living and bring about a happy change in the lives of the people
2. Promote Cycling, Walking and use of Public Transport
3. Re-state and remind its citizens that the streets belong to the people
4. Promote Healthy living by encouraging an active lifestyle
5. Promote and facilitate social life

Different hobby clubs and sports enthusiasts come and perform every Sunday and we have activities like Zumba, Aerobics, Kickboxing, Street Play, laughter Yoga, Cycling along with sports activities like cricket, turn-ball, football, etc every week to engage people. Also, we will be running a Street Soccer Competition this week.
