Event Description : Uttar Rang Presents " Dedh inch upar" Hindi Play

‘Dedh inch upar’ is the story of a middle aged  man revolving around backdrop of second world war. His wife was taken into custody by gestapo police and he was completely unaware of the fact that she was involved in such anti German activities. Since then he is living his life alone, alcoholic and with lots and lots of questions …………. Still searching for the right answer………

About the group : ‘Uttar rang’, a team believing in theatre beyond. Uttar rang believes in reaching new heights by experimenting and performing genres in theatre which are deeply rooted in our tradition. The group has a hard core belief in traditions and the group believes in presenting them with new dimensions. The uniqueness of the group lies in its selection of plays and the form of presentation. We believe in providing our valued audience  “theatre served fresh”. Our past productions are ‘bathaan’, ‘is naummeedi ki qaynat me’, ‘chorpuran’ ‘…….urf chocolate friends’ ,’swang’ and ‘draupadi’.
