The terrorist attack onboard the Russian aircraft over Sinai, a series of terrorist attacks in Paris, Beirut, Bamako, Tunisia claimed the lives of hundreds of civilians. Europe is reeling under the growing problem of uncontrolled flow of refugees from the Middle East and Africa, fleeing from radical Islamists and regional conflicts. The international community is faced with the need to join efforts in the fight against terrorism.
Russia has been effectively bombing areas controlled by the outlawed terrorist group Daish ( Islamic State) in Syria at the request of the legitimate government. There is shift in the stance of major European countries against Islamic State threats since then.

What are the immediate threats & challenges which Islamic State presents to regional and global security, How the efforts of various governments / agencies can be consolidated to effectively destablise this threat and other related issues will be discussed by experts during the video conference
