On September 30, Russia started air attacks against the terrorist group "Islamic State" (IS) in Syria at the request of its legitimate government. Russian military air operation is a preventive measure taken to prevent access to IS of the territories of the Russian Federation and its allies in Central Asia
What will happen to the region, if IS onslaught is not stopped. Why ardent critics of Russia divide terrorists into "us" and "them"? How to adequately assess the threat from the IS? How serious is the threat to the IG for India? How to minimize the threat of terrorism to the region of the SCO?
The event will also provide an analytical report on "Islamic state: the nature and confrontation", prepared by the Caucasian geopolitical Club. Experts will throw light on the prevailing situation and discuss the possible measure to eliminate this threat.
