- Masters in Design strategy from Politechnico Di Milano with specialization on cultural codes for innovation.(2007)
- Worked as senior design manager and trainer at India's largest design and innovation firm - Idiom design, Bangalore . Lead the design outreach program - SPREAD and DREAM:IN . Help design the business design course at WE school , Mumbai ( till 2010)
- Headed product innovation for Godrej Properties as a part of marketing team
- Headed design and business innovation for Future ideas ( the business innovation wing of future group) . ( till 2014)
- Start-up mentor for Faaya and Raw dreams ( young start-ups ) , mentoring the setting up of design innovation labs at Lovely professional university and Lord Buddha education foundation and designing course modules.
- Corporate workshops on innovation for - TVS motors scooty team , Future group ( multiple brands and coroporate), Godrej Properties, Manipal Healthcare, We school, People combine, Shapoorji Palonji Real Estate.

-       Have been a freelance visual (graphic designer) designer for over 5 years with clientelle ranging from SMEs to Corporates to Restaurants, Start Ups, e-commerce portals and many more.
