Synopsis: My Body is an Extension of Earth is a triptych of Birth, Life and Death covered by the veil of infinity.
As a woman and an artist, Ratnabali Kant feels that the natural calamities and political disasters not only cause suffering to Mother Earth, their vibrations extend to the body of the artist also.
In the performance, the concept of Earth Mother and the Indian philosophy of regeneration and liberation through annihilation of the lower self join with the belief in continuity and constant renewal of life.
